The Color of Wealth in Miami (Spoiler Alert: It’s White)

In one of our smarter episodes, Q sat and spoke with two of the authors of a recently released report, The Color of Wealth in Miami, a joint publication of The Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity at The Ohio State University, the Samuel DuBois Cook Center on Social Equity at Duke University, and the Insight Center for Community Economic Development.

In separate interviews, Darrick Hamilton, executive director of the Kirwan Institute, and Alan Aja, associate professor in the Department of Puerto Rican and Latino Studies, discuss the disparities in outcomes between groups that, unsurprisingly, fall along racial lines.
